​30-Day Returns (unused): If you change your mind, return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Custom and Personalized Orders:

Not eligible for return or refund, but fully covered by our guarantee below

Maker's Guarantee (12 months):

If your leather, stitching, or hardware fails in a way that shouldn’t happen under normal use (e.g., stitching coming undone, hardware breaking, leather tearing abnormally), we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. We cover return shipping on approved warranty claims.

What's Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear—patina, color changes, small marks, natural creasing/stretching—is expected and not considered a defect. Damage from misuse, overstuffing, exposure to liquids/chemicals/heat, accidents, modifications, or third-party repairs isn’t covered.

How to Start a Return or Claim

Email me with your order number, a brief description, and photos. I’ll review and reply with next steps and a return label if approved.

Proof of Purchase:

An order number or receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
